GdP-Bundespolizei: Wer Gewalt sucht, muss Strafe finden

Vor dem Hintergrund der Gewaltexzesse im DFB Pokal fordert der Bezirk Bundespolizei in der Gewerkschaft der Polizei spürbare Strafen. „Wer Polizeikräfte gezielt mit Steinen und Flaschen bewirft, will diese verletzten“, so der Vizevorsitzende Jörg Radek. „Nur noch der Zufall und die Körperschutzausstattung bewahren vor schlimmen Folgen“, so Radek weiter.

Im Bereich der Bundespolizei gab es in der Fußballsaison 2010/2011 462 Verstöße gegen das Sprengstoffgesetz. Dies entspricht einem Anstieg von 9 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Die Zahl der verletzten Personen stieg von 271 auf 291, davon waren 99 verletzte Polizeikräfte, 48 davon durch Pyrotechnik.
