Zweite Verhandlungsrunde zum TV-H führt in der Nacht zum Ergebnis

GdP Hessen: Tarifeinigung nach zähen Verhandlungen für die Jahre 2015 und 2016

Nach einem 15-stündigen Verhandlungsmarathon in der Nacht vom 14. auf 15.4.2015 hat sich das Land Hessen mit den Gewerkschaften ver.di, GEW, GdP und IG BAU auf ein Verhandlungsergebnis geeinigt. Die Löhne werden zum rückwirkend zum 01.03.2015 um 2,0%, und ab 01.04.2016 um weitere 2,4% (mindestens 80 Euro in E 1 bis E 9), erhöht. Die Azubis erhalten zu jedem Termin 30 Euro zusätzlich, ihr Urlaubsanspruch wird auf 28 Tage vereinheitlicht.

Zukünftige Einstellungen von Wachpolizist/innen erfolgen in der E 8/E 9. Mit Inkrafttreten dieser Regelung bleiben Besitzstände jedoch gewahrt. Die anhängigen Klageverfahren sind davon unberührt.
